About GSPC

Formed in 2007, GSPC is an established, Quality Assured, Surveying and Planning firm servicing the entirety of Queensland through its operational base in Rockhampton and head office in Toowoomba. As an organisation, GSPC is licensed as a Consulting Engineering Surveyor through the Surveyors Board of Queensland and a member of the PIA (Planning Institute of Australia), ACSIS (Australian Consulting Surveyors Insurance Society), ASIBA (Australian Spatial Industry Business Association) and Rockhampton Regional Development Limited.

Key Personnel

Sunil Govind, Director, is the Principal Planner for GSPC having serviced the Queensland region for over 25 years. Sunil is a Registered Planner with the PIA (Planning Institute of Australia). 

Jagdish Narayan Cdec. (JPqual) BACA MBA, Director, is the Accounts and Business Manager of GSPC. Jagdish is a Member of CPA Australia, Australian Institute of Management and a Justice of Queensland.

Sarwan Narayan BA, Grad. Dip. Further. Education, Director, serves as the HR & QA Manager of GSPC as well as the company secretary. Having completed a Certificate IV WHS, Sarwan is a Member of Safety Institute of Australia and Australian Institute of Management.
